AGHA BOARD MINUTES – 5-8-2015

May 8, 2015 7 PM CST. Telephonically

Voting members present: Jesse McDaniel, Heather Nesler, Kim Consol, Cathy Payne, Angela Ingraham.
Kevin Fall; advisor to the board was not present.
A Quorum was present.

Unfinished Business:

Board reviewed, discussed and voted on nominations for district directors in regions 3, 5 and 6.

Deborah Niemann is the new District Director for region 3.

Rico Silvera is the new District Director for region 5.

Christine Anderson is the new District Director for region 6.

No nominations were received for region 4.

Heather Nesler will remain on as District Director for region 4.

February meeting minutes were read. Corrections were made and approved.

New Business:

Cathy Payne would like all AGHA officers to attend a by-laws committee meeting that she is planning. Proposal to any by-law changes need to be submitted to committee for further review before sending to Jessica Birken.

Board will be posting an opening for District Director for region 1.

Next meeting is set for June 5, 2015 at 7 PM CST.
