AGHA BOARD MINUTES – 8-8-2016

Roll Call – A Quorum was present.

The following were present:
President Angela Ingraham
Vice-President Jack Rowland
Secretary Pro Tem/Treasurer Kim Consol
Region 3 Director Deborah Niemann-Boehle

Not present:
Region 2 Director Susan Williamson
Region 4 Director Heather Nesler
Advisor to the Board Kevin Fall

Vote on Region 5 Director position and Member at Large

President Angela Ingraham made a motion for Wendy McDaniel and Donna
Hertlein to be added to the Board of Directors, with Wendy McDaniel replacing
Rico Silvera as Region 5 Director, and Donna Hertlein as Board Member at
Large. Vice-President Jack Rowland seconded the motion. All were in favor.

The President declared the motion passed.
